You have to look at the downloads page to see the file(s), which shows the date and version of the file(s):

If you look on the download page it shows the game was last updated here on Dec 19, 2018.  I already have this on Steam and it was updated Jan 25, 2022.

They seem to have forgotten about the game here.  The version of the game here is 4 years older than the version available on Steam.
